The box is made of cardboard and a lithographed and hand painted cover, marked with “F. K. Martin - Loechner”.

Here we have a very rare piece by Rock & Graner, it´s a bathroom completely made of tin plate, hand painted, comes along with a tub, chair, an Erhard & Söhne mirror and a heater. As you can see it´s pictured in the original Rock & Graner Book (see pictures), The tub is not the original belonging to the room it´s made of a very heavy metal.
